Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop Luxury Operations teams to achieve high performance and engagement, meeting key performance indicators while fostering collaboration in line with company values.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental, and Customs regulations, and proactively address safety risks.
- Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of both the packaging and distribution short and long-term plans, aligned with company objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality meets standards by maintaining compliant processes, equipment, and training.
- Staff Development: Provide support and training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps promptly.
