Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Adaptable Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit and collections, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Contact customers by phone, email, or letter to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
- Accounts Receivable: Process and manage incoming payments, including credit card payments and other forms of payment.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a credit control, accounts receivable, or billing environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum.
- Benefits: 25 days annual leave, life assurance, and medical cover.
