About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Lawyer to join our team at Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate & Commercial team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality legal solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on insolvency matters, including litigation and dispute resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and Insolvency Practitioners across the region
  • Contribute to business development activities, including generating new business opportunities and promoting your profile
  • Manage a varied caseload of good quality insolvency matters with limited supervision, and with increasing independence over time
  • Collaborate with the Corporate & Commercial teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients
Requirements
  • Experience as an Insolvency Lawyer in a UK law firm, with a strong track record of handling complex insolvency matters
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and promote your profile
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to listen and empathise with clients as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to manage a team, allocate work, and provide quality supervision
