Position: Head Tennis Coach

Overview:
As the Head Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing the tennis coaching team, ensuring that high-quality instruction is delivered to guests of all skill levels. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities and a strong background in tennis coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the tennis coaching team to provide exceptional training experiences.
  • Design and implement tailored coaching sessions for both adults and children, catering to varying skill levels.
  • Manage the tennis program, including group coaching, private lessons, and social events.
  • Promote participation in the tennis program to enhance guest engagement.
  • Maintain inventory of tennis equipment and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Conduct training for new coaches to uphold the standards of the tennis program.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all coaching activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service during guest interactions, including airport transfers.

Qualifications:
  • RPT Level 2, LTA Level 2 or equivalent certification required; Level 3 is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in coaching tennis to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
