Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Graduate Sales scheme. As a Trainee Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying, treating, and preventing structural issues to businesses' and customers' homes. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to identify structural issues and recommend treatment options
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • 2.2 BSc/BA in any building/property/business management discipline
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
