About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Clerk to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our traffic operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of information and the accurate execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the traffic teams, ensuring accurate and timely communication of information throughout the traffic and warehousing operations.
  • Support the on-road management of the traffic operation through effective communication and guidance.
  • Ensure all required administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and requirements.
  • Respond to customer and driver inquiries in a professional and effective manner.
  • Monitor and maintain service level targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize fleet utilization.
  • Utilize IT systems, including Excel, to manage and analyze data.
  • Escalate service complaints to ensure effective resolution for customers and protect the company's image and brand.
  • Develop knowledge of warehousing operations to support the team's efforts.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in traffic, warehousing, or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Good local geographical knowledge is beneficial.
