Job Title: Network Services Manager

About the Role:

Nissan Motor is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Network Services Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our telecom and network infrastructure services. As a key member of our IT function, you will be responsible for guiding our network systems and shaping the future of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain network strategies aligned with our digital strategy.
  • Deliver architecture, design, and implementation of network infrastructure, services, and security.
  • Define regional networking standards and contribute to inter-regional and inter-company connectivity standards.
  • Manage operational performance, capacity, and security of Nissan AMIEO Network.
  • Guarantee network resilience and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Contribute to end-to-end architectures for new solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Optimize cost related to regional network services and infrastructure evolution.

Requirements:

  • Solid technical background in a multinational company, preferably as a network manager or senior network engineer.
  • Delivery-focused mindset with ability to inspire and influence teams.
  • Confidence in working in a dynamic environment with multiple cultures and customs.
  • Experience in design, implementation, and operations of network infrastructure and services.
  • Familiarity with key network technologies and infrastructure providers.
  • Effective communication and influence with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage third-parties and achieve required levels of performance, security, and cost.
