With a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential projects, they are looking for a skilled professional to assist with multiple stage tenders, quantity take-offs, and bid processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estimating and a stable career working on high-end residential projects. They will be responsible for:

• Assisting with multiple stage tenders
• Completing quantity take-offs and schedules of work
• Undertaking the bid process
• Liaising with PQS and architects
