Clinical Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Park Surgery. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical rotas and building compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Rotas: Coordinate with various departments to ensure adequate cover, data mapping, and schedules are up to date. Monitor staff availability and adjust the rota as needed to meet operational demands.
- Building Compliance: Ensure all compliance regulations and standards are met, liaising with contractors to maintain service and repair records. Complete all building checks in compliance with CQC and Health & Safety regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Data Manager, including processing information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner and in accordance with current policies.
- Ensure that all building compliance checks, services, and risk assessments are completed.
- Report any required works to the Practice Manager following risk assessment reports.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure maintenance requirements are kept up to date.
- Have responsibility for all day-to-day clinical rota changes, template adjustments, absence requests, and ensuring adequate cover.
- Assist with administrative queries and workload tasks.
- Input data into patients' healthcare records as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area.
- Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist the Data Manager with any clinic input, searches, and data requirements.
- Partake in any audit as directed by the audit lead.
- Complete opening and closing procedures in accordance with the duty rota, if required.
- Perform other tasks as needed, dependent upon workload and staffing levels.
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Full-time, permanent position
- 37.5 hours per week
