Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement projects and solutions in line with Veolia's protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring effective solutions that meet operational availability targets.


Engage with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to communicate project updates, operational challenges, and shifts in priorities.

Coordinate with site operations and maintenance teams, as well as finance and commercial departments, to ensure project timelines align with business objectives.


Oversee the selection, monitoring, and coordination of external contractors involved in project execution.

Ensure that project documentation adheres to business standards, including Project Definition Documents, Quality Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Post-project Reviews.


Participate in the development of new processes and engineering solutions for facilities by identifying and implementing viable technological advancements.

Assist the Asset Manager in coordinating CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring the accurate provision of technical and financial information.

Manage changes to plant operations and the introduction of new machinery, ensuring collaboration with all relevant stakeholders from specification to full installation.


Guarantee the proper installation of equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, engineering specifications, and operational requirements.

Support health and safety monitoring activities, including inspections and reporting of incidents.

Ideally, candidates should possess a degree or equivalent technical experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in project delivery aspects

Ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively in a project delivery context.

Possession of a valid driving license

Capability to deliver capital investments and collaborate with contractors

Familiarity with design principles across various engineering disciplines, including CDM experience

Experience in risk assessment as it pertains to project management and engineering solutions (e.g., NEBOSH Certificate)
