Electrical Mechanical Engineer

Pursuit Resources Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues with machinery and equipment.
- Implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan to optimize equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with the production shift supervisor to react to breakdowns efficiently and successfully.
- Use the CMMS program to provide optimum reliability to the operation of our manufacturing and ancillary systems.
Requirements:
- Completed a maintenance engineering apprenticeship (Mech-elec/Elec-mech) and hold 5 years of related experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance or project roles.
- HNC/ONC or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field and 18th Edition is also desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance documents, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Awareness of project work and experience of AC and DC drives is advantageous.
