About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to join our Service Desk team at Syntax Integration Limited. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical expertise and guidance to our junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deep technical escalation capability for complex network-related issues

Requirements
  • Microsoft Associate and Expert level certifications in MS365, Azure, and Security
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems and Hypervisors
  • A strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, BGP, and OSPF
  • Solid knowledge of network security concepts, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems
  • Hands-on experience with network equipment, including Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
  • Experience with Remote Management and Monitoring Systems, including Windows and MacOS
