Procurement Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at Round Peg Solutions. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier delivery performance and ensuring timely order placement in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to meet business needs.
  2. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in procurement operations, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
