Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with behavioural challenges, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement behaviour management plans, ensuring a consistent and supportive approach.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience, with a passion for supporting vulnerable students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
