Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and advise on commercial contracts and NDAs, with a focus on telecoms

  • Contribute to transformation initiatives to improve legal support and risk management
Requirements:
  • Qualified and experienced in a commercial discipline, either in-house or private practice
  • Knowledgeable on NDAs and commercial contracts
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
