Job Title: Payroll Consultant

Job Summary:

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial services firm to recruit a Payroll Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the current team with processing end-to-end UK and French payroll, while also contributing to various projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process UK payroll with accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process, and controls.
  • Manage shadow payrolls for expatriate employees.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers as a third party to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships.
  • Contribute to the refinement of UK payroll controls and process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of UK payroll experience, with financial services experience being desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Service-driven individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Must be able to commute to London.
