Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice to customers.
- Develop relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide a seamless and personalized experience.
- Participate in all branch processes, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
- Contribute to the development of the pharmacy team, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of confidentiality and accurate handling of medicines.
- Customer service training and experience in a customer-focused environment are desirable.
