We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Potens. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support one child with daily tasks, engaging in learning and taking part in activities and interests.
  • Assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning, and everyday tasks.
  • Work flexible shifts, including 8am-3pm and 3pm-9pm, with sleep ins and weekend working required.
Requirements
  • Experience working in children's residential care is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm, compassion, and a love for working with children.
