Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Cranford CE Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with our committed staff to support the learning and pastoral needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with specific educational needs in our Reception Class
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to promote independence, inclusion, and social development
  • Develop strong partnerships with staff, governors, parents, and the community
  • Provide 1:1 support to children with individual needs
Requirements
  • Relevant experience and good qualifications
  • Ability to inspire and enthuse children in all aspects of their learning
  • Creative and innovative approach to learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
