About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at G4S, a leading global security and outsourcing group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers' staff, buildings, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to different sites and locations to ensure the safety and security of our customers' staff and assets.
  • Greet staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site.
  • Conduct searches when required.
  • Perform gatehouse duties.
  • Patrol the premises, both inside and outside.
  • Deal with any security incidents on site and complete relevant incident report forms.
Requirements
  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Confident communicator with excellent team player skills.
  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Full clean UK driving license and own transport.
