Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather project specifications and requirements.

- Manage and mentor a team of estimators, fostering a culture of excellence and precision.
- Utilize advanced estimating software to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of cost assessments.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project plans and documentation to prepare detailed estimates.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks through careful analysis of project constraints.
- Engage with stakeholders, including project managers and engineers, to ensure comprehensive understanding of project needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of estimates, methodologies, and assumptions.
- Continuously improve estimating processes to align with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering precise cost estimates.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, processes, and labor costs.
