Job Title: Leisure Club Assistant

At Holiday Inn Colchester, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Club Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Leisure Club team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Leisure Club is always presented in a clean and well-maintained condition, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
  • Drive new member sales, renewals, and net membership growth metrics through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support the Club Management Team in local marketing initiatives to promote the Leisure Club and drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to Health and Safety, supporting the Club Management Team in relation to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit.
  • Undertake cash handling duties and submit to hotel finance.

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the leisure and fitness industry. The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Pool Water Safety Qualification of Pool Responder
  • First Aid at Work Qualification
  • CIMSPA fitness professional qualification of Level 2 or above
  • Health and Fitness / Leisure Industry Qualification of Level 3 or above
