Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Scheduler to lead our Project Planning team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme with 5% employer and employee contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Planning team to establish and uphold planning standards across all initiatives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets in alignment with agreed estimates and timelines.
- Conduct Earned Value Analysis and Critical Path Analysis to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform Resource Analysis and incorporate changes as per the established change control system.
- Design and maintain reporting systems to meet project requirements.
- Evaluate project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in the Risk Management process and implement necessary mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project team members to foster an understanding of planning significance.
- Work closely with customer planning engineers and project team members.
- Develop planning structures and reporting in accordance with project and client Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Ensure the accuracy of all data and reports presented.
- Follow directives from the Projects Delivery Director/Project Manager for any additional planning, reporting, or assessments.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Earned Value Analysis and project cost management.
- Strong grasp of project management principles and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of project controls, including cost engineering, change management, and risk assessment.
- Advanced data manipulation skills, particularly in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access.
- Excellent IT proficiency, with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.
