Front of House Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join our team at HMS Caledonia, Rosyth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of front of house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, including serving customers, prepping orders, and clearing tables
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Identify and address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Compile and manage staff time sheets and working records
  • Run shifts and ensure the smooth operation of the front of house

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • DBS checks are required
