Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager / Block Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager / Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including service charges, insurance, major works, resident correspondence, site inspections, and AGMs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, including service charge accounts and major works projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the block management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- IRPM qualified or equivalent experience.
- Highly literate and able to communicate effectively with clients, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £36k - £42k.
- Support, funding, and encouragement for professional development.
- A standard working week of Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (with 1 day from home after probation).
