As a key member of our Dispute and Resolution Team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to resolve complaints made by our residents regarding ongoing repairs and housing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Dispute and Resolution Team
- Support the team in resolving complaints made by residents
- Work closely with caseworkers, contractors, and residents to provide the best possible outcome for all parties
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and housing systems to manage and track complaints
