Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Order to Cash Manager to join our Finance Shared Services team in Newark.

About the Role

As an Order to Cash Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the OTC team, ensuring the smooth execution of billing, credit management, account receivables, and revenue reconciliations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of 10-15 professionals in the OTC function
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes
  • Design and embed robust controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualified with experience in leadership roles within financial shared services
  • Proven track record of managing OTC / AR teams in a shared services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of financial systems and processes
  • Experience with Finance ERP systems, specifically S/4 HANA, is a plus
