Position Overview:


DPS Group is seeking a qualified Instrument Technician to enhance our Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on a permanent, full-time commitment.

This position offers a unique chance to collaborate with a leading Systems Integrator in the UK, contributing to a significant project while leveraging our extensive expertise to support our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


As an Instrument Technician, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of various instrumentation and control systems utilized in the petrochemical sector.
  • Ensuring optimal performance and safety of all instruments, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A relevant qualification in Engineering, such as Electrical or Instrumentation.
  • Experience in conducting instrument inspections.
  • A strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and calibration.
  • CompEx 1-4 certification.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
