Senior Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Account Handler to join our successful Glasgow office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading insurance broking services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new business and renewals for clients
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers and insurers
  • Negotiate optimal insurance terms for clients
  • Provide proactive problem-solving and value-added services
  • Support team leaders and contribute to business strategy
  • Ensure compliance with broking team standards
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and business growth
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance broking or account handling
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • GCSE qualifications (A-Levels or degree preferred)
  • CII qualifications advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance broking software
