Job Summary:

CPI Selection is seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling complex products with multiple moving parts, requiring attention to detail and a high level of dexterity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products with complex moving parts, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Use hand tools and gauges to assemble and inspect products.
  • Perform self-inspection and quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and gauges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
