About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at TransPerfect. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve online visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility
  • Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement content strategies to improve keyword rankings, drive engagement, and enhance user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices in SEO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SEO strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using various tools and metrics to inform SEO strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored SEO solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, including technical, content, and UX
  • Experience auditing international websites to determine the best strategic approach to improve organic performance
  • Understanding of key algorithm updates and SEO implications
  • Ability to keep abreast of SEO best practices and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Strong IT literacy, including experience with industry-standard tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, and charts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual
  • Experience with web content management platforms, such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or Drupal
  • Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages
  • Understanding of website development techniques, consumer journey, and conversion optimization
  • Experience in link building/outreach
  • Experience in software/SaaS/translation and/or legal services companies/products
