Year 1 Teacher Opportunity

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join their team in a "Good" Ofsted rated school in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a class of enthusiastic Primary level pupils and contributing to the school's polite, friendly, and safe educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that cater to the needs of students.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Comply with the school's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent experience as a Year 1 Teacher - Key Stage 1.
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
