Randstad Construction Property Engineering is assisting a major construction organization in finding a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Due to continued success and growth in the region, they're looking for a passionate and experienced surveyor who possesses a keen interest in the commercial aspects of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly cost reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and update procurement strategies to ensure project efficiency
  • Produce internal and external progress reports, and implement tender stage and delivery strategies to drive project success
  • Collaborate with external parties to agree valuations and maintain a positive project cash flow, and prepare and agree main and subcontract final accounts
