Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a trainee surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills in residential property valuation and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the valuation and risk assessment of residential properties
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of residential property market trends and conditions
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships
Requirements:
  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
