Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Verify Homes: Conduct thorough inspections of homes to ensure that they meet the company's quality standards.
- Benchmarking and Certification: Benchmark each home against the company's quality checklist and certify that it meets the required standards.
- Manage Quality Processes: Manage the company's quality processes and procedures to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the construction team, customer care team, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Complaint Management: Manage complaints and issues related to quality and ensure that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare and submit regular quality reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Strong Work Ethic: A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Quality Standards: Knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including NHBC, 5* standards, and NHQC.
