Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team in Somerset. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients in the area of family law. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in family law
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry
  • Work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff to achieve team goals
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, finances, and private child law cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in family law
  • Strong knowledge of family law and its application in practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
