Flexible Work Arrangement

This position offers flexibility, making it suitable for those balancing other commitments or pursuing a portfolio career. The role will primarily involve virtual meetings and electronic communication, with a commitment of 24 hours per week (3 days / 6 sessions).

  • Assessing and refining existing care pathways while developing innovative solutions
  • Evaluating clinical guidelines to ensure best practices
  • Supporting our Virtual Community Wards initiative
  • Providing educational resources and training
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Participating in local, regional, and national forums to contribute to broader strategic goals
