Zest Education Ltd is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team of education professionals. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to students in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrive punctually to school and lessons to ensure a smooth start to the day.
- Deliver high-quality lessons to students, following the pre-planned curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Leave feedback for the classroom teacher on student progress and behaviour.
- A minimum of 20 days' experience working with children or young people, or a recent University Graduate (in the last 2-3 years).
- A strong level of numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
- A passion for the development of young people and a team ethos.
- The ability to build strong and professional relationships with staff and pupils.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
