About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental strategies and procedures in line with legal and best practices.
  2. Manage and coordinate systems to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and that our working conditions are safe for all employees.
  3. Report to management on the performance of our Health and Safety Management System and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Advise line management on new or existing HSQE-related legislation, rules, and Company standards, including fire prevention and health and safety awareness training.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Health and Safety Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  2. NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
  3. CQI Certificate in Quality Management or equivalent.
  4. Internal Auditor certification.
  5. Proven experience in driving changes and improvements.
  6. ISO9001, 14001, 18001/45001 experience.
