Employment Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Litigation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing cases across the UK, representing clients in employment tribunal cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review allocated claims brought against clients in the Employment Tribunal, preparing the case, including approving drafted pleadings, disclosure exercises, and bundles of documents.
  • Provide clear assessment of client cases, identifying and managing risks to the client, including cost implications.
  • Represent client interests wholly and present all legal arguments relevant.
Requirements
  • Advocacy experience, ideally within employment law.
  • Hold a full valid driving licence and can work autonomously and independently.
