Mid-Senior Python Django Developer

About the Role

Eames Consulting is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Mid-Senior Python Django Developer to join our development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, optimizing queries for large data sets, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our case management software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Django.
  • Implement and manage APIs using Django Rest Framework.
  • Optimize queries for performance with PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Maintain and improve test coverage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Python Django Developer.
  • Solid understanding of test libraries and testing fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Celery and Redis.
  • Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework.
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and query optimization techniques.
  • Previous experience with Flask.
  • No SQL Databases (Mongo).
  • Previous Integrations with Business Central & One Drive.
  • Understanding of AWS S3 storage solutions.
  • Experience with Twilio and/or SendGrid integration.
