About the Role

Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our client's London-based office. As a key member of the group finance function, you will be responsible for cash planning and analytics, working closely with the Group Head of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cash flow models to optimize cash flow and EBITDA.
  • Conduct in-depth working capital analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement capital planning strategies.
  • Provide detailed cash flow reporting and commentary to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with departments and regions to promote best practice.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in FP&A, with experience in a global organization. You should possess excellent cash flow planning, management, and forecasting skills, as well as the ability to understand commercial drivers and maximize cash flow efficiencies.
