Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Graduate Revenue Management Program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit, decisiveness, and goal-driven attitude.

Program Overview

Our 15-month program is designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to become certified Cluster Revenue Managers in Hilton's Revenue Management Consolidation Centres (RMCC). You will work closely with our experienced team and on-site trainers to gain hands-on experience in revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a portfolio of hotels with full responsibility for revenue management from month 4 of the program.
  • Promotion to the role of Cluster Revenue Manager after successful completion of the program, based on assessed scenarios and feedback.
  • Participate in structured learning and development activities, including Hilton revenue management theory, principles, and techniques.
  • Access to Hilton University modules, on-the-job and off-the-job learning, and business-driven objectives.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • The desire to become an expert in Revenue Management.
