Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing roadside repair services to our customers, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide roadside repair services to customers, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Utilize the latest diagnostic equipment to quickly identify faults and repair vehicles efficiently.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete repairs and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a vehicle technician, with a strong background in diagnostics and repair.
- Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair, or equivalent.
- Full driving license, with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
