Location: Medway

Salary: 22-24k

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:45-5:30pm

A new and exclusive client in the financial services industry is looking to recruit an experienced administrator who is looking to forge a career within the financial planning sector. This close-knit team has the most intellectual senior management in their industry, who will be training you to be a well-equipped Mortgage Administrator. Role created due to internal promotion from growth.

Duties of the Mortgage Administrator:
  1. Work collaboratively with the Mortgage advisor and build a strong relationship to ensure workflow is within timeframes for clients' needs.
  2. Liaise with clients on their mortgage application and chase for certain documentation which is required to complete the mortgage application.
  3. Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors within a timely manner.
  4. Put the mortgage plan and application onto their CRM (IO) and update with relevant email correspondence, client details, and documents.
  5. Construct the mortgage meeting packs for the initial meeting for the client and the Mortgage advisor.
  6. Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline.
  7. Send out invoices to relevant parties and chase if required for late payments.
  8. Communicate effectively and regularly with clients with updates on their mortgage application and show sympathy and empathy where required.
Requirements for the successful Mortgage Administrator:
  1. At least one year as an Administrator in any industry (essential)
  2. Office 5 days a week (essential)
  3. Strong attention to detail (essential)
  4. Strong communication skills via phone (essential)
  5. IT literate and can pick up systems quickly (essential)
  6. Bubbly personality (essential)
  7. Quick learner (essential)
  8. Wants a career, not just a job (essential)
