Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily pub operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
