**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Broster Buchanan Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts, financial control, and internal/external reporting for our established and respected business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the audit timetable and serve as the primary point of contact for our external audit firm at year-end.
* Provide a balance sheet and cash flow forecast for the budget process.
* Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and manage foreign currency hedging.
* Act as the primary contact for day-to-day banking, customer, and supplier financial queries, VAT returns, and R&D claims.
* Maintain and improve finance controls and procedures, and own finance policies for the business.
* Manage and monitor key performance indicators and report performance monthly.
* Lead, coach, and develop a small team to achieve personal development goals and continuous improvement.
