We're seeking an experienced and motivated Chef/Cook Manager to join our team at Taylor Shaw. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of chefs and cooks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services to our customers.

• Motivate and manage a team of chefs and cooks to deliver exceptional food services
• Control and manage kitchen budgets to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
• Ensure ongoing team communications and management reporting to drive operational excellence

• Proven experience in team leadership and management
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in catering or a related field is essential
