Director of Forensic Planning

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Associate Director or Delay Director with extensive experience in Delay Analysis and Forensic Planning to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing construction consultancy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of delay analysts to deliver expert delay and forensic planning services to clients.
- Take full responsibility for expert report writing and manage your team to assist with preparing background information and sections of reports.
- Provide specialist delay and forensic advice to external clients and grow your reputation as a leading expert in the field.
- Deliver expert delay and forensic planning services in line with client briefs and the company business plan.
- Network and win work, developing relationships with construction industry solicitors and influential contacts within the construction sector.
- Over 15 years of experience in delay, engineering, planning, and related areas.
- Recently held an Associate Director Delay Analysis role (or equivalent) and managed a team of delay analysts working on complex cases.
- Experience of writing expert reports and contributing sections to reports written by other delay experts.
- Specific experience of providing specialist delay and forensic advice to external clients.
- Extensive experience of delivering expert delay and forensic planning services to satisfied clients.
- Built a profile with construction industry solicitors and influential contacts within the construction sector.
- Experienced in coaching and training a delay analysis team and encouraging their professional progression.
