About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Risk Manager to join our team at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). As a key member of our Global Banking and Markets Operational Risk and Resilience team, you will play a critical role in overseeing operational risk across Sales, Trading, Engineering, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the operational risk profile across Global Banking and Markets.
  • Participate in the ongoing uplift and innovation of operational risk processes to facilitate the business's understanding and management of risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Banking and Markets to ensure our risk and control framework is effective and fit for purpose.
  • Leverage data and tools to transform the way we risk manage our business.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of risks and controls across a sales and trading business.
  • Experience managing projects and building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in process redesign and executing strategic concepts from inception to implementation.
  • Ability to drive business outcomes and deliver quality products.
  • Aptitude for handling large data sets and synthesizing information to describe a risk and control profile.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, or HTML) is a plus.
